1. What you find here

The site offers free content and paid services:

• Free content: blog articles, podcast and the 5 Elements Quiz.
• Ayla AI: an artificial intelligence assistant trained on Jaya's method, with free initial questions and paid subscription access.
• Online sessions: individual (women) or couples, live by video, 90 minutes long.
• Digital products: materials and programs sold through the Hotmart platform.

2. Nature of the work

The work offered is integrative therapy and education in sexuality and relationships, based on the Relational Architecture of the 5 Elements™. It is not medical care, clinical psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or legal advice, and it does not replace any of them.

The full terms of that distinction are in the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

3. Using Ayla AI

Ayla is an artificial intelligence assistant. Answers are generated by a language model and may contain errors, inaccuracies or incomplete readings of your situation.

What you write in the chat is sent to Google services (Google Gemini) so the answer can be generated. Do not write anything in the chat you would not want processed by a third-party provider, and do not write sensitive data about other people.

Ayla is not a health professional and must not be used in an emergency, a crisis, or any situation involving risk to life.

4. Payments, subscription and cancellation

All charges are processed by Hotmart. No card data is collected, seen or stored by this site.

The payment relationship is also governed by Hotmart's terms and policies, including receipts, recurring billing and accepted payment methods.

The Ayla AI subscription renews automatically according to the plan you purchased, and can be cancelled at any time from your buyer area on Hotmart. Cancelling stops future charges; access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Right of withdrawal

Purchases made online carry a 7-day right of withdrawal, counted from the purchase or from receiving access, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

A refund request within that window is made directly through Hotmart, and the amount is fully returned.

6. Sessions: booking and rescheduling

Online sessions are booked directly over WhatsApp. Confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation conditions are stated and agreed at the time of booking.

A session is personal and non-transferable, and is conducted by Jaya Roberta.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — texts, articles, images, brand, the Relational Architecture of the 5 Elements™ method, the 5 Elements Quiz and product materials — belongs to Jaya Roberta and is protected by copyright.

You may read, use and share the free content for personal purposes, with credit. Reproducing, reselling, redistributing, adapting or commercially using any paid content or material without written permission is prohibited.

8. Expected conduct

When using the site and Ayla AI, you agree not to:

• Share your paid access with third parties.
• Copy, record or redistribute session and product content.
• Attempt to extract, replicate or reverse-engineer the Ayla AI system or the method.
• Use the contact channels for harassment, threats or hate speech.

9. Limitation of liability

Services are delivered with professional dedication, but no result is guaranteed. Transformation depends on factors outside the practitioner's control, including your own engagement and life context.

The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or third-party failure (hosting, AI provider, payment platform). There is no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date of the last update is always at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, where an account exists.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Brasília-DF are elected to settle any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in their own domicile.
