The story behind the method

No One Builds a Method
Without Having Needed It.

The Relational Architecture of the 5 Elements wasn't born in a classroom. It was born from the crossing I had to make first.

1994

I didn't arrive out of curiosity. I arrived because I needed to survive.

I became Alexandre's mother at 13. A single mother. I went through every exclusion a pregnant girl in 1994 could go through — every single one. But I couldn't afford to collapse: I was all he had.

2009

Fifteen years later, the story repeated itself.

I became Rafael's single mother at 28. This time I had a foundation: a job, my own place in Brasília. Which made none of it easier. Raising a teenager and a small child alone, with no family nearby, was the most overwhelming challenge of my life. And the richest.

2015

Who is Roberta, when she isn't a mother?

At 13 I learned one identity, and it carried me for two decades: mother. In 2015 a need surfaced that I could no longer postpone — to find out who the woman underneath it was. That's how Tantra arrived. Not as a study. As a question.

The rebirth

From that discovery Jaya was born. And Roberta was reborn.

Like a phoenix. Along with Tantra came the medicines of the forest, and I came to know myself in a way I had never imagined. I felt my place in the world. I felt my feminine power. And I felt my power as someone who matters — which is the last thing a girl who becomes a mother at 13 learns to feel.

What came after

Friendships, places, people. Relationships that began and ended.

I made the best friendships I could have made. I saw extraordinary places and met extraordinary people. I started and ended relationships — and I learned from every one of them. None of it was wasted. All of it became map.

The repertoire

I am not one more holistic therapist.

I am an engineer of human systems. A degree in Computer Science, a postgraduate degree in Human Sexuality, 20 years in systems architecture, and training in Tantra, Pathwork, Family Constellation, Body Reading, Enneagram and Systemic Tarot. Technical rigour meeting deep intuition. No one needs permission to feel. What they need is a map.

The method

Relational Architecture of the 5 Elements

Each element governs a dimension of your relational life. When one falls out of alignment, all of them feel it. I use no ready-made formula: I use deep listening, tantric wisdom and this map — born from my own crossing, not from a book.

Today

What I do with it.

I help women step out of relational autopilot and take back the governance of their own body, their own pleasure and their own choices. Not to fix themselves. To come back whole.
